Title 24 Reports - Full Service Project Submission

The links below will open printer-friendly documents that contains complete information, and instructions on how to submit projects for full service Title 24 compliance.

The submittal instructions are in the form of transmittal sheets, starting on page 2 of the documents, which you can fill out and send with your plans; or you could fax them while e-mailing your CAD drawings. If you have the full version of Acrobat (not just Acrobat Reader), you can even 'mark-up' the forms with comments, and send them as an attachment to your e-mail.

• Transmittal Form for New Residential Project in PDF format

• Transmittal Form for Residential Addition Project in PDF format

• Transmittal Form for Commercial/Non-Residential Project in PDF format.   Leave blank any component (i.e. Envelope, Lighting, or HVAC) for which you do not need Title 24 analysis.
