Treat each structure as a separate project. For projects with mixed Residential and Non-Residential occupancies, treat the Residential portion as a separate project for Title 24 Compliance purposes (unless it comprises less than 10% of the conditioned part of the structure).
Step 1: Specify the Occupancy Classification / Building Type
		Residential: R1, R2, or R3 Occupancy
		Commercial / Non-Residential: A, B, E, F, H, M, or S Occupancy
		Other: I Occupancy - Institutional U Occupancy - Utility Qualified Historic Building Manufactured Building Qualified Seasonally Occupied Agricultural Housing
