	Conditioned	Heating Capacity greater than 10 Btuh/sq.ft., or cooling capacity greater than 5 Btuh/sq.ft., with setpoints between 55ºF and 90ºF
	Semi-Conditioned	Heating or cooling capacities less than Conditioned space; or 'process' conditioning outside the human comfort range.
	Non-Conditioned	No heating or cooling
